The signs for the Montage Resort in Laguna Beach, CA were designed and built to maintain the clean lines and ornamentation true to the Craftsman legacy. Interior signs feature oil rubbed bronze backgrounds, with raised bronze logos and lettering. With many amenities on the premises, individual metal letters and signage treatments were developed, such as “The Loft” bar and “Spa Montage.” Exterior signs were constructed from aluminum with bronze faux finishes.
Project Scope: Approximately 900 signs including interior, exterior, and back of house signs Planning, programming, design, and code compliance at all levels (ADA, Building code, Fire, Health and Safety). SignSource worked closely with the developer and all design consultants to create a signage program that plays off the sophisticated, yet relaxed feel of this resort environment.
